Helpers
Our standard service includes 1 helper to carry items at both pick-up and drop-off.If you need extra help, please tell us so we can check availability (extra cost applies).Or, you may have a family member or friend to help.If you’re picking up items from a seller or store, please ask if they can help with loading. We usually need a copy of the invoice for online or in-store pick-ups.
Moving Day Instructions
Please have your items ready to move at the pick-up.Everything will be loaded into the van, making sure it fits and is secured.Once loaded, your items will go straight to the drop-off.Everything will be unloaded inside quickly and carefully.
Payment Instructions
Payment is due after the move at the drop-off .
You can pay by bank transfer.For house moves outside Auckland, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
